If you were a person with low haemoglobin and had alpha thallasaemia trait would you take iron tablets or only - haemoglobin anaemia

Folic acid and vitamin B12? What is the effect on hemoglobin levels in the study of iron, it lead to a worsening anemia or have no effect on the anemia? could in fact be dangerous for some?

- Iron tablets do not offer clear advantages in the alpha-thalassemia train, and is not associated with iron deficiency.

- In addition, iron overload in the body has side effects (in reference) in length, that the iron in the liver, especially businessmen.

So I do not think recommend iron pills without a prescription. A doctor may, at its full Blood Out to prescribe based.
